Position available for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and develop a £100million+ manufacturing site, with a strong focus on driving continuous improvements across all aspects of operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional, ideally from a heavy engineering background, to utilise their experience as you play a lead role in the company’s ambitious growth plans.
The company themselves are a market leader within the heavy engineering sector and are recognised as the best in practice in one of the UK’s most sustainable industries. Due to continued growth & expansion they are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have full autonomy to develop operations as you see fit and will be responsible for driving improvements across all aspects of site operations. You will also be responsible for the proactive coaching, mentoring & development of relatively large team & the subsequent recruitment of engineers as the team grows.
