Excellent opportunity for a Process / Quality Engineer to step into multisite improvement role as you oversee and develop the process & quality operations of a multi-billion-pound organisation.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will be managing processes & people to drive innovation and roll out standardised processes to the wider business.
An ideal match for this position would be a process, operations, manufacturing, CI, and / or quality engineer, with a strong background in process improvements & people management from a manufacturing environment. Experience in the mineral, mining, steel, metal, glass, or similar industries, is highly desirable.
The company themselves are a heavy engineering specialist renowned for their staff development & retention. They operate on a global scale, with multiple sites across the UK, Europe & the US. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking for a Process & Quality Lead to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this role, you will be recognised as a subject matter expert in process & quality and be responsible for driving innovation in company’s processes across various sites. You will work closely with several stakeholders to help improve overall quality & yield of each respective site.
