An ideal match for this position would be an experienced Site / Operations Manager from a manufacturing, plastics, polymer, chemical, steel, glass, pharmaceutical and / or similar background. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions focused on continued growth & improvement of site operations.

Due to their continued growth & expansion, they are now looking for a Site Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time & permanent basis.
In this role you will oversee the production, QHSE, engineering of a busy processing facility. You will have various direct reports and will be responsible for driving improvements across all aspects of site operations. You will also be involved in senior management decisions about the future direction of the site.
