An excellent opportunity is available to join an international chemical manufacturer and lead their technical marketing & development department.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have 4 direct report and be responsible for formulating strategies for new business expansion, alongside refining & defining existing strategies in various markets.
This position comes with complete autonomy and a considerable budget. You will leading some exciting projects and oversee technical marketing across Europe, CIS, Africa and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company based on a broad and in- depth technical knowledge and experience.
- Implement and provide market development strategy which is in aligned with PFAS regulations.
- Lead Technical Marketing activities in Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East and Africa to support and enhance R&D activity for related chemical product lines.
- Supporting and guiding executive decision-making processes for highly technical based projects.
- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.

- Person:
- Market Development Manager or similar experience
- Chemical / Polymer / Plastic industry background
- Extensive management experience gained in application development, technical marketing, technical sales.
- Technical network in automotive, aerospace, electric – electronic, energy and related industries highly desirable
- Experience in developing relationships with customers and partners.
- Degree in chemistry, polymer / material science, engineering related to polymers / chemicals or similar.
