Position for a Maintenance Development Manager to join a market leading Chemical manufacturer in a fully autonomous role overseeing and developing the maintenance strategies of their top-tier COMAH site.
This is an excellent opportunity for Maintenance Manager with a strong background in asset integrity & reliability to set the technical agenda and long term maintenance strategy across a large and complex manufacturing plant.
Any industry experience can be considered for this role with the company offering further development within the chemical manufacturing space.
The company themselves have been established for over 100 years, operate across 4 continents, and are a market leader in the chemical industry. They are renowned for their staff development and retention, with some of their staff being there for 30+ years. Due to continued growth and investment in their on-site assets, we are now looking for a Maintenance Development Manager to join the company on a full-time and permanent basis.
In this role you will work closely with the Head of Engineering to help implement and develop the long-term maintenance strategy across a large chemical plant. The position will be diverse, covering asset integrity, reliability, change management, and project engineering.

Person:
*Maintenance Manager / Reliability Manager/ Asset Integrity Manager or similar
*Strong mechanical engineering background
*COMAH experience highly desirable although not essential
*Strong background in maintenance strategies and change management
