Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the engineering department of a multinational manufacturer, in an autonomous role reporting directly to Head of Operations.
This is a hands-off role focused on plant reliability, continuous improvements, and leadership of a small multiskilled team.
An ideal applicant will have a good technical background, proven leadership abilities, and come from a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industry background. Applicants with experience as a maintenance team leader, engineering supervisor, maintenance supervisor, or similar, are encouraged to apply!

In this position you will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with senior management on plant reliability and driving continuous improvements across manufacturing operations.
Position:
*Maintenance Supervisor
*£50,000 – £57,500 + Life Assurance + Pension + Benefits
*Focus on plant reliability, continuous improvements, TPMs, PPMs, etc.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of MS engineers
*Days position, Monday to Friday
Person:
*Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar
*Strong technical experience (mech or elec bias considered)
*Proven background in asset reliability, continuous improvements etc.
*Strong leadership abilities
