Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor to take on a fully autonomous role and help develop the engineering operations of an established heavy engineering specialist, in a days-based role offering a generous package & excellent career prospects.
Utilising your skills & experience, you will be entrusted to proactively develop on-site engineering / maintenance regimes, as well as get involved with further investment expected at the site.

This heavy engineering specialist are currently going through significant growth and have recently had a brand-new workshop built at their Barking site. They have also just sanctioned various other investments and are looking to increase their engineering headcount significantly in 2023. Due to this growth & investment, they are looking for a maintenance team leader to join their business on a full time & permanent basis.
In this role you will lead a maintenance team to ensure maximum uptime of assets, ensuring maintenance practices are continually developed & maintained. You will have high levels of autonomy in your decision making and full responsible for the development & recruitment of your team.
