Position for a Maintenance Team Leader to join a company renowned for its staff development & progression in a role offering great training and overtime potential.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills & develop them further through OEM and industry specific training, whilst coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of in-house engineer.
The company can also offer clear and defined routes of progression into positions such as Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager across their various sites in the Leeds area.
The ideal match for this position would be an engineer experienced working on fixed and / or mobile plant, ideally from a heavy engineering background, with proven team leadership experience.

Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to play an imperative role in their continued expansion across the UK.

*Maintenance Team Leader

*Hands on & Hands off (50 / 50) maintenance across a range of fixed plant
*Coaching, mentoring & development of a team of engineers
*Clear and defined routes of progression
*Days; Mon – Fri
Person:
*Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor or similar background
*Experienced in maintenance on fixed or mobile plant
*Experienced working in the heavy engineering sector (aggregates, quarry, foundry, mining etc.)
*Proven people management experience
*People from the armed forces encouraged to apply
