The company themselves are a specialist manufacturer with operations spanning 4 continents and a reputation for its staff development & retention. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the continued development of manufacturing operations, working closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements on site. You will lead a relatively large team and be responsible for their growth & development over time.
