This role has a strong focus on proactive and autonomous decision making around site investments, team development, and driving continuous improvements. Â
An ideal applicant will be a seasoned plant manager (or similar) with strong team leadership abilities and a proven background in CI. Any industry background can be considered.
This company have over 65 sites in the UK, 150 worldwide, and turned over £4.2billion last year. They are recognised as the market leader in their respective field and offer all their employee’s genuine progression opportunities. Due to a recent site acquisition, we are looking for a Plant Manager to replace the one which has been tupeed across the new site.
In this position you will report directly to the General Manager and have full autonomy over the site. You will play a key role in site investments, team development, QHSE, and general overall improvements.
