In this position you will be responsible for the recommendation & roll out of improvement techniques, with a strong focus on waste reduction & increased productivity. You will oversee a small team and coach them to help achieve optimal production performance.

*Process Improvement / CI Lead
*Manufacturing background (e.g. FMCG, Food, Automotive, etc.)
*Excellent understanding of improvement techniques, e.g. Kaizen, FMEA, 5s etc.
*Proven stakeholder / people management experience
